I thought I was running out of clothes to wear for good when I found this dress just around in my house. It was from a swap awhile back and I've not worn it before till now. It was kind of irritating at first due to it riding up but after awhile,the dress stayed where it's suppose to be. We all have wardrobe mishaps at time,don't we?

I'm trying to find a better way to blog faster while having a full time job. So I took outfit photos this morning before I left for work,it felt much better and I love natural lighting. Guess I'll do that from now on. At least getting the photos up early in the morning,gives me ample time to blog it later in the day and I won't be rushing every night after work. 

Things are slowly picking up with the blog and I am slowly getting back into the mode of being really active. Been irregular at it for almost 2 months surely needs me to adjust to it again. I'm getting there,yes I am.

Oh yes,a big thank you to everyone who voted and support me with Tampines 1 Next Fashion Blogger Contest! The final results will be out next Monday and I'm pretty excited. Whatever the outcome,I'm glad I had the exposure and much fun with it. Fingers crossed though:)

I received my swap package from the lovely Faridah of Fairydah. We did a jewelry swap and some handmade things we made for each other. I love love everything she sent me! She's so generous and kind. Today is the start of a long weekend. Hurray,I'm super happy now.Because tomorrow is a public holiday,no work tomorrow:) Instead of heading out all the time,it will be
good if I stayed indoors and work on some DIY projects that has been postponed forever now.
Lots of rest and maybe I'll go catch New Moon as its sneaks all over here.
Or maybe I shall wait and not be with all the girls going gaga. No offense,I guess I'm one too.

Weather was so warm today,in the end pushed my bangs slightly to the side. Cool breeze on my forehead makes me feel more calm. This is the swap blazer I did with Yiqin yesterday.
It was suppose to be a swap of two,but she forgot all about it and only brought one. So another swap it will be.

The sky is going darker as I'm blogging this. Perfect weather for home movies and blogs catching up. I need to take time to watch more movies. Be it at home or in the cinemas,I do miss that. As for all of you in the States,its going to be a long weekend too right? So excited for you all with the food and gatherings. I want a huge turkey at home,maybe I'll get my mom to bake one.

I was busy in the 2nd half of today at work.
Filing many documents up,and I was so sleepy the whole time.
But its finally all done nicely.
So happy now at work I can fully concentrate on my own things now.

Its a scarf/top and you can wear it in many ways.
Coincidentally,both of us are wearing it today.

They are really the best place to go!
Honeypot makes their own in house wax and its in a gorgeous

Heading for a karaoke session after work today.

I love the starry stars on it and its a bit too long for me.
So I tripped quite a few times during the day.
But its fine,I adore the long length.

Its been about 3months i think since I've started blogging.
And I'm so touched and surprised by the blogging community.

Bohemian is something I love too.
Its something like 60's hippie style,but slight different.
More patchwork dresses and repetitive patterns.

This is actually the first maxi dress I own.
Don't have one at all in my closet.
Let's not count the one I wore a few days ago for Halloween.
That's too precious to wear out everyday.

1.I hate lizards!
I don't know why,but I think that their body is like kernel corn.
Not sure why I think this way,but yucky!
And weird thing,I'm not afraid of cockroaches.

2.I have a weakness of any kind of canvas tote bags!
Yeaaa,true! Be it handmade or not,I always want to get one.
Just seeing a canvas tote bag,makes my hand reach out and grab it.
This still continues and I think its a okay habit to keep.

3.I have to sleep in complete darkness.
Not a single light can be turned on. Or else I will take ages to fall asleep.
Or I'll get so irritated that I'll get up,shout for 2 secs and off the light.
Back to sleep.

4. Valencia is my real given name.
I know its a state in Spain,and I would love to visit one day.
Its given to me by my parents and when I asked why,
they actually had no reason why they chose it. Guessed it sounded nice. heee
Anyway,the meaning of my name means 'brave'.

5.I love chocolates but will only eat dark chocolates now.
To me,its healthier and I love that it has more cocoa in it than the rest.
I don't want to eat others which has been mixed with milk etc.
White chocolate is something that stays far away from me.

6.I treasure each thing/item so so dearly.
Even a mechanical pencil that has been with me since 12years old.
I can't bare to throw it away even if it spoils.
Even like a hair clip that is given years back.
The pencil though is still in perfect condition.

7.I have 10 ear piercings!
6 on my left,4 on my right.
I don't wear them all with ear studs though.
Haven't had the time to find for everyone of them.
Won't close any of it :)

I was piled up with so much work today.
Due to being awhile as I was sick,lots to catch up on.
And Monday blues was hitting hard on me.

And I bun up my hair today,don't normally do that.
But it looks pretty good,my sister says.

Made my own lunch today.
It was pasta,so I didn't take a photo.
But it was yummy!
Thinking of what to cook for tomorrow.

But when I got home yesterday,
a huge package came for me !
I was so so excited,I did my happy dance. heeee

It was my package from Valerie of Marley and me.
As you all know she's clearing her closet.
So I gave her my budget to spend and she packed me this lovely box.
Filled with lots of tops and gorgeous skirts.
Also hair accessories too!

Ahhhhh,I'm in love with it so much.
Its limited edition and I adore and I'm lucky to have it.

Today,I got another package again !
A swap package this time,its always so fun.
No doubt about that at all,but photos tomorrow ~
